All visitors to this website agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. At EZPC Remote Solutions, our products and services consist of our time, expertise, instruction and advice, which we are happy to offer while delivering remote technical services and support, for the purposes of improving each customer’s personal computer experience, and of helping each customer reach his or her stated goals in using laptop or desktop technology. Except where indicated, any software, hardware or intellectual property involved in that work remains the property of its respective owner , and/or the product of its respective developer or manufacturer. We expect most often to meet the customer’s technical needs without disassembling hardware. We will not violate in the course of our work any warranties previously extended by others to our customer.
  2. Payment will be made by the customer in advance for work performed at a minimum of two hours per scheduled engagement or 1.5 hours per ticket with no associated booking. The length of an engagement in progress can be extended thereafter in increments of one (1) hour on a pay-as-you go basis. Missed engagements previously paid can be rescheduled free of additional charge. Overpayments amounting to 1 hour or more of service will be refunded in 1-hour increments for engagements of 3 hours or longer. Underpayment will cause the engagement to be suspended. Engagements canceled without rescheduling will be refunded upon email request and adequate review. No refund or credit is offered for partial hours of unused time remaining at the end of an engagement. These remainder amounts are retained by us in order to defray the continuing costs associated with maintaining our web presence and virtual offices.
  3. Each customer will be responsible for purchasing and acquiring any hardware or software related to the engagement or consistent with our recommendations as needed if they expect work on said engagement to continue.
  4. NO guaranty or warranty, express or implied, accompanies our services, although we will make our best effort to deliver requested services based upon our considerable training and experience. The customer assumes all related risks.
  5. Either party can end the relationship at any time without notice. Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii.
  6. We agree not to share a customer’s data except as required by law and as necessary for the normal conduct of our business. Phone calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
  7. We cannot be responsible for the integrity of data on customer devices.
  8. Customer agrees not to use or attempt to use our website for any purpose other than those for which it was expressly designed, nor to obstruct, degrade, corrupt or prevent the operation of our website, our computers or associated systems in any way.
  9. Changes to these terms and conditions may occur at any time and will be reflected promptly on our website.
  10. EZPC Remote Solutions is a sole proprietorship. Liability of the sole proprietor is limited to the cost of each engagement. Services are provided by Bradley Pagliaro, 141 Bates Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96817 and his associates.
